I know there’s a lot of stigma to this day

and honestly, I don’t really know what my own opinion on Valentine’s Day is myself… or if I even really have one at all. but just for the record and for the sake of making sure I don’t forget, I wanna say how happy I was. as sappy and typical and girly and.. gay as it sounds I felt special and I felt loved.

I guess my response to what I think about Valentine’s Day is…
it’s not about going all out. it’s not always about the extravagance.
it’s about making your person feel special. whether it be an expensive date, chocolates, flowers, or just making the time to spend the day together it was a Tuesday afterall :)

I’m all for making them always feel special
but what’s a day dedicated to making your lover feel loved?  everyone needs more loving, and there’s nothing wrong with some more attention than usual ^_^
